Join forces with the Bluelab Pulse Meter
The ultimate multimedia testing kit
Bluelab’s Multimedia pH Meter will measure the pH of your growing medium, but you’ll also need to check that you aren’t over- or under-feeding your plants.
Nutrients can be expensive so it’s important that you always optimise them. Conductivity (EC or PPM) is a fundamental parameter that will help you ensure that your plants are always getting the right amount of food.
The Bluelab Pulse Meter takes quick and accurate measurements of conductivity, moisture and temperature in a variety of growing media. Combine the Multimedia pH Meter and Pulse Meter to create the ultimate multimedia toolkit, ensuring that your plants have everything they need to flourish.
Importance of accurate pH readings
Think of nutrients like a lock and pH is the key. A key factor that affects nutrient uptake for plants is whether your solution is acidic or alkaline which is measured with pH.
Make use of the Probe Care Kit to ensure that your BlueLab tools are well-maintained and reading accurately.
Please Note:
Calibration is simple with only one push button on the meter and fresh Bluelab Calibration Solutions. Successful calibration indicator is displayed on a screen, after 30 days this will disappear, to indicate when re-calibration is required.
Electrodes need to be calibrated on a regular basis due to the fact that as an electrode ages, its glass changes resistance. This resistance change alters the electrode potential, and therefor, the accuracy of the reading
